restaurants throughout the Chicago Metropolitan area.
People all over Chicago
and the suburbs will patronize participating restaurants who will
donate a portion of their receipts to Dining Out for
Life.
Throughout the year,
over 30 other cities in the U.S. and Canada will also participate in
this annual event.
In Chicago in 1998, more
than 85 restaurants helped raise over $65,000 for this event.
Sign on to give a
flat donation of $1,000 - or - 35% of receipts for that
day.
Restaurants receive
city-wide recognition for their participation through collateral
materials like: Dining Out for Life Dining
Guide, posters, newspaper advertising and menu insert cards.
DOL Ambassadors work
with participating restaurants by: providing printed materials
(posters, menu inserts, etc.) , talking to staff about the event,
and by making reservations and inviting friends to ?Dine Out? on May
13th. |
